Established Daycare Relocating April 2012 to Braeside/Arnprior
Established home daycare provider with close to 10 years experience and excellent references will be moving to Braeside/Arnprior in April. Five spaces currently available for ages 1-4 - I will accept older school-aged children if I have space in summer. First Aid, First Words, Car-Seat Technician Certified. Member and former Network Leader for the Child-Care Provider's Resource Network of Ottawa.
Located on a quiet street in the community of Braeside right beside the river. Nurturing positive environment, educational curriculum focuses on play, exploration, nature, early literacy and social skills. Regular field trips, library visits, playgroups, and seasonal activities and crafts. Stimulating theme-based curriculum tailored to developmental stages. Focus on early literacy and real-world exploration. Healthy vegetarian meals and snacks. Cloth diapering encouraged. Very reasonable rates. My hours can be flexible to accommodate the commuting parent.
I am a mum of 9-year-old twin girls, and have been running my daycare in Ottawa since the girls were infants. I am sad to leave my current daycare families, but I'm looking forward to a fantastic new home at 155 Neilson in Arnprior, which will have a dedicated daycare space and a whole new world to explore. Spaces will be opening early to mid-April. I will accept older school-aged children over the summer.
