There's really nothing quite like it....

The real Canadian experience, an authentic darling little 600 sq.ft. log cabin in the middle of the woods by a tiny lake off the grid, with no neighbors! Just the occasional ice fisherman.
The cabin sleeps four, is ideally suited for a couple or small family.
The cabin comes fully equipped. Power is supplied by the sun. Two solar panels & 6 batteries supply enough power for your lights & your ipod player. There is also a small generator should you exceed your power usage.
There is an adorable outhouse, inside toilet for pee pee only, sink & shower, all of our systems are unique in different seasons.
We have trails on 230 acres and are 20 minutes from Gatineau. The municipality of Val des Monts has over 150 lakes.
We just ask that you please leave the cabin the way you found it.

In the winter, you park your car at their home & they take you straight back through the forest, across the frozen lake on a snow mobile and sled and pick you up when its time to come home.

Pets, yes we allow pets, only well behaved pets treated with a flea product, please clean up after your pets. This will ensure that we can continue to allow pets.

3 day week in off season, Sept to May, Mon. - Wed. $500
Additional day $100 to make it a long weekend or mid week.
One Week, Friday check in 3pm, check out Friday 11:30pm $1400
